FAQs

  • After your purchase, you’ll be given instructions on how to complete the Resumé Questionnaire and schedule your Resumé Consultation. Once those tasks are completed, you’ll be routed to your client portal and the work on your resumé will begin.

  • Your resumé will be ready within five business days. Two business day express service is available for an additional fee during the checkout process.

  • We do not offer payment plans at this time. But we do offer other checkout options like PayPal. They offer extended payment terms (based on your credit history). If you would like to checkout using this method, please get in touch so we can set this up for you.

  • Better Job Club does not warrant that you will get interviews and job offers by only using the services of our company. Many factors could affect the client's chances of getting a job, such as the performance in the job interview, the hiring process of the prospective employers, job search strategies, etc.

    Your success depends on effort, commitment, diligence, and job search strategies.

    However, getting a professional resumé and mock interview will increase your chances of finding a job and place you in a better position to succeed and outperform your competitors.

  • We grant full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of sign-up.

    After the 24-hour period, you shall receive only 80% of your payment until the Resumé Questionnaire is completed.

    Once the questionnaire has been completed, the work on your resumé has commenced. Therefore, no refunds will be granted after work on the Client's resumé has begun.

    We aim for 100% satisfaction. If there are any issues, we will work with you to make it right.
